How can I safely put on weight and build muscle?

Im only 15 and 57″but i used to be a skinny boy only wieghed like 100. But i got into football and started getting killed. But now i weigh like 130 and i can bench around 180 =). I would recomend eating a lot (healthy) and use your body to help you work out. I do 100 pull ups a night, 200 push ups, and around 500 crunches. Plus football everyday from 2 to 5:30. Now im killing ppl on the field.
