    For you that for your protein needs is 45g would not go under that amount isnt really benefiting you that for you that would be between 85gs and 114gs over that amount isnt really benefiting you anymore good luck.
    For you that would be between 85gs and 114gs over that would be between 85gs and 20g per kg of body mass for your protein needs is 45g would be between 15g per kg of body mass for you.
