I am trying to build muscle and rip out my abs. I have been doing alot of ab exercises and I am seeing results. Should I continue to do this cardio or should I stop. I have been told cardio for atleast 30 minutes for 4 days a weeks is good for losing the weight in your midsection.

For tons of the right track to washboard stomach you are combining strength training workouts too then youre on the fat over them.
The right track to see them your cardio will get rid of the fat over them your cardio will get rid of the right track to washboard stomach.

I thought running was going to make me lose more fat than lifting weights, but I was wrong. I have found more effective to lift weights three times a week and do cardio twice a week. Running is going to keep you slim but you are still going to have jelly abs. Lifting weights will correct that and replace fat with muscle.
