What exercises at home can be done to build muscle and lose fat?

I’m 17 and found out today that I’m too young to join a gym. I’m around 300 pounds and want to know what effective exercises to do to lose fat and build muscle?

    Start by walking. This will burn fat and build up your leg muscles. Make it count, don’t just saunter along. Get your heart pumping. If you can’t walk outside, find somewhere with some steps.

    You can buy some inexpensive dumbbells to work your arms. I personally find it difficult to have all the weight training equipment at home, so as soon as possible, I would try to join that gym again. Maybe speak directly with the manager and tell them your desire.
