    You don’t make it easy do you? Without weights it’s really hard to build muscle. You can do pushups but after a while you’ll need more resistance. Do chin ups if you have access to a bar, crunches, and leg raises. You can try running sprints. You can squat up and down with your body weight. Do it as many times as you can. And you’re a vegetarian too? You know man is meant to eat meat don’t you? That’s why it tastes good.

    Buy some cheap ($10) resistance bands at wall mart and use them accordingly..you need resistance.
    EDIT::: Do not consume large amounts of soy…it has been shown that soy can increase estrogen production in males something u DO NOT WANT!
