I only do heavy bicep curls in low reps,lateral raises,push ups,explosive push ups,weighted crunches,and reverse crunches.I do this 2X a week (I alow my muscles to heal the rest of the days)I am an ectomorph/skinny type person.Im eatin a lot of calories and protein.At this rate how much muscle will I build in 3 months?Will my arms get bigger?How much muscle mass will I gain?2lbs?

I am taking care of 7 previously abused dogs that were really emaciated. I got their weight up but they’re muscles are still lacking and without proper muscle toning they are going to have joint and other problems. I am well connected to the world of dogs, vets and canine scientists so I don’t really need any trivial info, I have tried everything to build up these poor dogs but there haven’t been any significant results. My veterinarian friend is stumped and I’m pretty desperate, I would really appreciate any advice.
